Is teeth whitening safe?

When performed by a qualified dentist or using dentist-recommended products, teeth whitening is generally safe. However, some people might experience temporary tooth sensitivity or gum irritation.

How often should I whiten?

This can vary between clients but on average Every 4-6 months a full session is recommended or 2-3 months for a mini 30 minutes session! My clients also maintain there smile between appointments with our easy to use touch up whitening pen.

Can I whiten if I have sensitivity?

Absolutely! We offer different gel strengths to minimize sensitivity but still giving you a sparkly white smile!  

Can I whiten if I have veneers or crowns?

Yes! However, we can’t change the shade of the crown or veneer but we can remove surface staining making them appear whiter.

Can I drink coffee after whitening?

It’s best to avoid coffee for 48 hours after whitening or enjoy it through a straw! your dental tubules stay open for 48 hours after whitening  making you more prone to pick up staining!

How often should I use my whitening pen?

I recommend using the pen every 2 weeks for 20 minutes to maintain your shade.
